Traumatizing Experience
October 31, 2008
Okay, this is serious.
You will never believe what happened to me this morning.
Well, I stayed up late as usual and it happened between 1:50-2:00am. I was in front of the computer doing stuff when all of a sudden, some weird unexpected, creepy screaming happened. I swear to god it wasn’t normal.
I listened to the screaming and identified the tone. It, whatever it is, was screaming and shouting and crying all at the same time as if it was being tortured. And it wouldn’t stop.
I didn’t want to scream because everyone was asleep and I didn’t want to chase it because I didn’t want to die just in case it ate people. So I just sat there in front of the computer, physically frozen but mentally panicking.
So I started sending all my online best friends a message. I was screaming in the other messages, in the other ones I pretended to be calm and in the rest, I was begging for a reply. Only 3 replied and they weren’t my best friends. They were just people who happened to be in my contact list.
Even my most best-est friend wouldn’t believe me. The other was useless since he didn’t reply. I talked with the ones that replied and they helped me calm down. I gained new great friends that night.
I’m hoping this never happens again. Whatever it was, I hope it never comes back. The screams were so loud, I swear to god it wasn’t normal. It was near me, by the stairs because I was in the Living Room when it happened.
The screaming stopped when I started talking with my friends. But it was still around because I could feel it. The hair (I can’t really say fur even though it’s short.) on the back of my neck and my legs stood up. It didn’t leave. I could hear foot steps from afar and something crawling on our roof. (I was at the Second Floor’s Living Room.) I can also hear a faint laugh of a child at my grandmother’s room not far from where I was.
I was still really scared when suddenly SC im’d me. We started talking and that was when I really calmed down. When it was past 3am, I walked to my bedroom with knees shaking violently (exaggerating.) and went to bed.
